We had a fantastic initial project meeting on 13-14th December, with partners from Denmark and Spain joining us in Exeter, UK to start to develop ideas about what we are planning to do on this project.
We played with some AR/VR technology and thought about how we can embed key features of creative pedagogy into thinking about how to teach Ocean Literacy to young people across the globe drawing on the amazing resources in local aquaria, the professional expertise of teachers and the rich imaginations of students.
Next stop: A state-of-the-art review to understand the research evidence and professional expertise we can build on to achieve our aims.
